About me

Hey ,                                                                                                  IMG_0043

Welcome to HRdictionary. Glad you are here!

I am the person, the thought and the brain behind this blog. As talent management professional, I  work with in IT consulting firm in Canada as HR Business Partner.  With my MBA and CTMP, I proudly say that HR as profession happened to me by chance but has stayed with me as career by choice.

So is this just HR that defines me? No.. I am also passionate about technology, social media and travel, exploring new work and leisure opportunities. Here, at my blog, I don’t talk much (except what really excites me) about HR strategies & technologies.  I write and discuss Human Resource that happens at work everyday, things we learn and talk about with colleagues, the things I have learned through experience and by observing people around me.

  • Is dress code really important at work? What about companies that don’t have them?
  • Is workplace engagement only employer’s responsibility or individual contribution matters
  • How Social media is changing the workplace ?

Wanna join the discussion? Don’t wait, just jump in..

The only vital value an enterprise has is the experience, skills, innovativeness and insights of its people. And we, the HR pros, work towards managing and retaining this valuable human resource.
