I am a seasoned Talent Manager with over 17 years of experience in IT consulting and staffing industry on an international scale. Throughout my dynamic career, I’ve navigated the intricacies of HR, making impactful decisions that shape both professional and personal lives – from hiring and terminations to promotions and project costs.

In the professional arena, my commitment lies in building robust partnerships, leading cross-functional teams, and closely collaborating with clients to understand their workforce needs deeply.

As a leader, I’m passionate about fostering high-performing teams and cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Beyond the corporate landscape, I’m a social media enthusiast who loves sharing perspectives and engaging in meaningful discussions. That passion led me to create HRDictionary – a platform born from my experiences and encounters in HR and business meetings.

Why HRDictionary? In 2013, my journey into Social Media and Personal Branding prompted the inception of this blog. It became a space for me to connect with like-minded professionals, share insights, and conduct interactive live sessions. The ongoing conversations and invaluable feedback have fueled my determination to keep this space alive and thriving.

I thrive on everyday workplace discussions, whether it’s the significance of dress codes, the shared responsibility of workplace engagement, the transformative impact of social media on work culture, or navigating the realms of automation and Artificial Intelligence.
