Some time back I wrote a post about some ways to manage emotions at work. Today’s post is on the same lines, dealing with the strongest and most frequent emotion we (I mean most of us) encounter at work – Anger. You don’t really have to be at an authoritative position to feel angry or upset at someone at work, interaction with colleagues, clients or even work pressure at times triggers the temper outrage. This happens with all of us, and not everyone is good at anger management so what’s the trick to save yourself from emotional outburst and the embarrassment that follows.
I am no anger management expert but there are a few helpful tips that I wish to share. After all, such emotional episodes are not good for a career in the long run
